solid Stay, good Value

convenient location free parking clean bed quiet atmosphere

this location proved convenient. Free parking was definitely A PLUS. i found the bed spotlessly very comfy and tidy. the QUIET atmosphere helped me relax after a long day.

the tv remote seemed not correct for the tv, so accessing the tv guide was pointless.

Access to the m4 was easy. Buses into the city center stopped just outside. it was also quiet, with pleasant walks along the portside for some relaxation. the location was pretty practical.

staff were pleasant and efficient at check-in and check-out processes, and they did their best to accommodate requests. assistance with directions and local information was available upon request. the service was decent.

ample parking friendly staff

The staff was friendly (i loved their smiles!) and helpful. free parking was ample. I never worried about finding a spot.

The tv remote felt a bit sticky. I wiped it down with a tissue.

the breakfast included many choices it was really great. i also really liked the smooth check in process it was very simple.

sound proofing wasn't amazing, i could hear lots of road noise.

bathroom mold plug sockets

The staff provided extra pillows when I requested them.

The bathroom was not pleasant. I observed mold in the grout and water damage to the chipboard around the toilet (I made sure to wear flip-flops in the shower). The lack of available plug sockets was also an inconvenience.

buffet presentation friendly staff

the staff were accommodating. the breakfast buffet included a good presentation. i was offered water and coffee for my journey on departure.

noise came from the door. i could hear people speaking outside the room. a group of girls kept running and laughing late at night.

acceptable stay with a couple issues

unstable shower external noise

i found a few things disappointing. the shower temperature was hard to regulate, it swung between too hot and cold. also, the window didn't block outside noise well (i could hear traffic clearly), which wasn't great for sleeping. it wasn't a terrible experience, but i would have liked those things to be better.
